Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how delivery, turnaround times and fulfilment work when you order from Hampshire T-Shirt Printing Services.
All products are printed to order at our workshop in Andover, Hampshire.
Delivery Options
Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery on orders over £50 within the SP10 and SP11 postcodes.
Local delivery is carried out by our team and applies only to qualifying postcodes within this radius. If your address falls outside the delivery area, standard postage rates will apply.
Royal Mail Delivery
For all other orders, we use Royal Mail for delivery.

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service.
Local Collection
Local pickup is not currently available if the order is placed on the website.
All orders must be delivered via local delivery or Royal Mail.
Production & Lead Times
Standard Lead Time
Our standard lead time is 4-6 working days (Monday–Friday) for despatch, starting from the point of payment received.
This timeframe refers to production and despatch, not delivery time.

The timeline below is a guide only and may vary depending on approval times and order complexity.

Working Day 1
Your order is processed and logged with our production team. Once your artwork is submitted, this is final and cannot be changed, you will not receive a proof unless we contact you for further questions about your design.
Working Day 2-4
Once your order has been approved, your order is added to the production schedule and prepared for printing.
Working Day 5-6
Your order is:

Quality-checked

Packed and prepared for despatch
It is then handed over to Royal Mail or scheduled for local delivery where applicable.
Faster & urgent orders
Some orders may be completed faster than the standard lead time. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to let you know.
Urgent orders
If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us before placing your order.
Do not place urgent orders online without speaking to us first, as we cannot guarantee expedited turnaround without prior agreement.
