All products sold by Hampshire T-Shirt Printing Services are printed to order based on the options, sizes, quantities and artwork provided by you.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, colours may vary depending on screen settings and device displays. Printed products may differ slightly from on-screen previews.

We do not guarantee that the appearance of any printed product will exactly match how it appears on your screen.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase.

Your order is not accepted until:

  • Payment has been received and processed, and

  • We confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to issues with artwork, supply availability, suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

Once an order has been accepted and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices include VAT where applicable

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that sufficient funds are available.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, third-party delivery services, weather conditions or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been handed over to the delivery carrier.

By submitting artwork, logos or designs, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to use the artwork, or

  • You have permission from the rights holder to use it

You agree to indemnify Hampshire T-Shirt Printing Services against any claims arising from the use of artwork you provide.

By submitting your artwork to us for printing, you confirm that you have checked this, you are happy with it and that the artwork is 100% correct. We do not accept any chances after the order has been placed, and artwork has been received.

All website content, branding, text, images and designs belonging to Hampshire T-Shirt Printing Services remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools or services via our website. These are provided “as is” and “as available”.
